Exchanges and Returns Policy

We aim for your complete satisfaction with your online purchase. If you decide to change your mind for any reason, we are more than happy to facilitate a return within a 7-day window from the date of purchase and exchanges up to 14 days from purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • You must provide your original Order Number as proof of purchase.
  • The item(s) should be in their original condition and packaging, with tags still attached. Please exercise caution when trying them on any clothes to prevent your Return being rejected. Any returned item that is damaged, marked, stained or without tags, will be rejected as per our Policy.
  • Please be aware that health and hygiene regulations prohibit the return of swimwear, hats, accessories and jewellery items.
  • Sale items and items purchased during promotions are not eligible for refunds. Instead, we will issue a store credit if you decide to return any items bought on sale.
  • Direct exchanges are exclusively available for customers in the United Arab Emirates and are limited to size exchanges. Otherwise, we will provide you with a store credit to facilitate your repurchase.

Return Process

You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a direct refund. We will deduct a flat rate of AED 40 from your refund and provide a return shipping label. If you return your item for a web store credit or exchange we will waive the cost of return shipping and provide a return shipping label complimentary.

To initiate a Return, please email support@themoiety.com and we will arrange for a courier to collect the item(s).  

Can I Return Sale or Promotional Items?

Sale items and items purchased during promotions are not eligible for refunds. Please view our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further information.

Can I Exchange Incorrectly Sized Clothing?

Yes, we offer exchanges for incorrectly sized clothing. Follow the exchange process detailed above to ensure a smooth exchange experience.

Receiving A Refund

Refunds will be processed according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any original shipping charges. Refunds will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days.

Repeated Returns

We appreciate your understanding that excessive or repeated returns may be subject to review and potential restrictions. In such circumstances, the customer support team will contact you, which could lead to the closure of your Moiety Curation account.
